Nervous Breakdown Mix
All of us have our moments when we are positive we are having a nervous breakdown.
When that happens to you, what do you do? Drugs are not an option in my life. When I am stressed to the breaking point I have a set list of music that I listen to. Amazingly this list never fails to calm me down.
The list varies in genre’ a little, but for the most part it made up of older R&B.
If the following list appeals to you, you will find a link to download them at the bottom of this post. I am also going to stream one of the songs as a dedication to Ap0k. He will understand why I chose this particular song.
