Busy Little Beaver
(heh.....she said beaver!)
Got the drywall all done in half of the livingroom. Managed to get the walls and ceiling primed last night.
Now I am in the process of trying to clean this monster desk off so that I can move over to my new one.
Found out yesterday that it is looking MORE and MORE like we will be moving to Ohio pretty soon. That should be fun. Everyone I have spoken to says the cost of living is much lower than here in Florida. The biggest pain will be trying to get this big ass couch back out of the door!
Went to buy a filing cabinet today. Everyone says they have dark grey, but when you get to the store all they have is black, white, and "putty" which is actually beige.
In the end I had to order a grey one. It should be delivered tomorrow so I guess I can live with this pile I made for another day.
It's amazing what you find when you totally empty your desk. You look at things and ask yourself "Not only am I wondering why I kept this, I am wondering why I even had it in the first place???" I have found receipts for things I don't even have anymore. I found an old cellphone and even an old pager. I can't remember the last time any of us used a pager??? I went through stacks of CD's and if they weren't marked I tossed them in the trash. Where did all of this come from?
Maybe it's just me, but I think this is one the most adorable pictures EVER!
